Lightweight, extremely durable Squids 3010 Retractable Lanyard with Locking Carabiner + Belt Clip can tether tools weighing up to 0.5 lb for full retractable functionality (or up to 5 lb for drop-protection only); and like all Squids Tool Lanyards, its low-profile retractable design minimizes the potential for snags, tangles and tripping hazards. Textured to provide a better grip, its durable, ultra-strong ABS plastic housing is designed to protect the internal workings of the retractable mechanism, and the housing's tapered cord exit limits the potential for debris being retracted back into the housing when the cord retracts.
