Featuring a very flexible, low-odor, water-based-acrylic formula, Bulls Eye 1-2-3® Water-Base Primer consistently provides outstanding performance indoors and out. As it possesses excellent adhesion qualities as well as great flow and leveling properties, you can apply it to most interior and exterior surfaces with minimal to no sanding. Once applied, it seals in stains, graffiti and tannin bleed while simultaneously performing as an excellent mold- and mildew-resistant barrier. Its rust-inhibitor qualities also make it ideal for most metals. Compatible with all topcoat products.
