The Skullerz 8974 Class E (Electrical) Safety Helmet features a dielectric shell and a six-point suspension system to provide heavy-duty, yet lightweight and comfortable, all-over-head protection from top, side, front and back impacts as well as high-voltage system contacts. Its smaller, low-profile brim helps improve overall field of vision, particularly when looking up. A flexible, open-frame, multi-point adjustable-suspension design maximizes airflow for breathable, all-day wearing comfort, and a one-size-fits-most format accommodates those who wear hat sizes 6.5 through 8. A premium, easy-adjust ratcheting system allows the wearer to tighten or loosen the fit without having to take the helmet off, and its one-handed fit-adjustment knob pivots to improve overall ergonomics while providing extra clearance for bandana or ponytail knots. A padded, moisture-wicking, odor-resistant sweatband and top pad line the sides, forehead and top of the interior, and both the headband and top pad are removable for machine-washing and/or easy replacement. An integrated chin strap allows the wearer to secure the helmet in place to ensure protection during sudden movements, falls and impacts. Built with even weight-distribution and comfort in mind, all Skullerz 8974 helmets should deliver a snug, balanced fit to please nearly anyone. Patent-pending headlamp slots on the front and rear accommodate Skullerz Hard Hat Headlamps (lamps sold separately).
